On 30 June 2016 (Th) This year’s JANET Forum “Explore Research in Japan” will be held at the Henry-Ford-Bau of Freie Universität Berlin.
This event is organised by the JANET (Japan Academic Northern Europe Network）which is presided by the University of Tsukuba this year.
18 Japanese Universities and research institutes will present the research done at their respective institutions and set up information booths. Furthermore German funding agencies such as foundations will hold presentations.
Representatives of Tsukuba include President Professor Kyosuke Nagata who will give a short welcoming speech, Professor Keiichi Aizawa, director of the Bonn Office, who will moderate the afternoon session, and Professor Noriko Hiraishi and Vice President Professor Caroline Benton who will present their research results.
No registration required. Admission is free.
