Happy Deepavali from Kuala Lumpur,
Today is a holiday in Kuala Lumpur for Deepavali which is the most festive holiday of the year for the Hindus. In many cases, it is considered New Year's Day.
Though it is a regional holiday, tomorrow is also a holiday as substitute.
