Here is new scholarship info. from prof. Shuto who is the director of the Program in Economic and Public Policy ＠UT.
This is for Master’s Program in Economic and Public Policy (PEPP) at University of Tsukuba.

Persons with practical experience;
Mid-career professionals from eligible countries who have had a solid university education and working experience in areas related to economic policy making Organizations below are examples of our target organizations:
- Ministry of Finance
- Ministry of Trade and Industry
- Ministry of Planning
- Ministry of Agriculture
- Central Bank; and
- Other public institutions and/or private organizations related to development projects
