The Association of African Students University of Tsukuba (AASUT) is hosting the University’s first ever Africa Academic and Cultural Week from December 12th to December 16th 2016. The event aims to present the African continent from the point of view of Africans, highlighting its successes and demonstrating the diversity of its countries, cultures and peoples.
We hope that this will help to further bridge the gap of understanding between Africa, Asia and other continents represented in the university.

The event will be an opportunity for the participants to:
•Exchange information on African related topics through the internal forum presentations and discussion sessions.
•Discover the diversity of African countries and cultures through the African Cultural Expo.
•Build a network and collaborative research with presenters and participants.

We warmly welcome you to learn more about the beauty and diversity of our continent. We will share the program and further updates in due time.
