TUAN Meeting in Boston During University of Tsukuba Night 2025

On September 4, 2025, the University of Tsukuba's Tsukuba Universal Alumni Network (TUAN) hosted its second alumni meeting in Boston alongside the 3rd University of Tsukuba Night at the Cambridge Innovation Center. Alumni gathered to reconnect, share ideas, and discuss ways to strengthen ties with the university.
The session, led by Professor Takeaki Sakurai, Regional Director for North America, encouraged alumni input on support for the university and future activities. President Nagata also participated for the first time, adding special significance to the occasion.
Afterward, participants continued networking over an informal dinner at Sumiao Hunan Kitchen, deepening connections in a relaxed setting.
