Prof. Mohamed Moncef Harrabi former Director of National Agronomic Institute of Tunisia (INAT) and current senior advisor of the Tunis Office of University of Tsukuba was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon for his high contribution to promote academic and scientific research between Japan and Tunisia in the field of agriculture in particular. In this occasion, His Excellency Mr. Shinsuke Shimizu Ambassador of Japan in Tunisia organized on 7th of August a reception to celebrate this significant event.
