During his visit to Hanoi from Nov 27 to Dec 1 2016, Dr. Mohamed Kefi from UTTAA had the opportunity to meet some members of the Vietnamese Alumni of Tsukuba (VAT). He discussed with Dr. Nguyen Hoang Oanh, vice rector of the Vietnam Japan University and Dr. Yutaka Yasukawa from BTD Japan about the role of local association and the possibility to improve and to strengthen the network.
