Third Overseas Alumni Conference (OAC) Held

The third Overseas Alumni Conference (OAC) was held at the Tsukuba International Congress Center on September 26, 2017 (Tue). This year, we expanded the number of participating countries and regions to 14 from 13, leading to a combined total of 25 leaders representing the overseas alumni associations as well as the student associations. With the aim of reinforcing the connections between the alumni and current students, the alumni reps gave presentations based on the topics suggested by current student reps in prior discussions. After the presentations by topic, more time for active group discussion was scheduled which was participated in by alumni and current students. With the conference ably facilitated by two students reps, the OAC proceeded smoothly and harmoniously resulting in a draft declaration. Presentation materials will be posted on T-Net soon.
